I am a pensioner and go to Grove Park Library for Keep Fit on a Tuesday afternoon and the Knitting Club on a Saturday morning. I thought Keep Fit would be too hard to make a patchwork so I have knitted mine. We have a lovely group of ladies at the Knitting Club and do all sorts of things, including knitting hats for Innocent and Help the Aged and tiny clothes for premature babies. We sit and knit and drink tea or coffee and put the world to rights. I have lived in Grove Park for 45 years.
